A real classic arena to enjoy local college basketball and Chicago Wolves hockey. The food is fresh well prepared and hot. Easy accessible via CAT Pace. Go Cats!!
This place is always clean and great customer service in the stands. I've been to hockey games, concerts, and Disney on ice. Each has been a beautiful experience! The carpets are clean, comfortable seats, and usually a great view from every angle into the stage. Best of all, it's the home of the Chicago Wolves!!! I love Skates, their mascot! Super friendly environment and great food! Their pizza is soooooo delicious! I love this place!
The arena itself is nice. Plenty of room between seats, they had several big screens and the sound was great! They have police and others out to assist with parking and locating your seats. BUT, when the concert was over, it became a madhouse! That's where the policemen and personnel needed to assist but they were nowhere to be found! It was crazy trying to get out of there!
Great staff. Very helpful. Parking is a breeze so long as you're on time and not making it close to showtime or purposely missing opening acts of a concert. Drink prices don't feel like a complete robbery but cash is key when buying alcohol (something I don't like). The sound experience for a concert was much better compared to the United Center.
Easy access from expressway, clean property and bathrooms. Multiple food options, though a bit of a pain if not all people in your group want the same thing. You end up waiting in multiple lines or have to split up which is not family friendly. Staff are courteous and seats offer good view from anywhere. Like all arenas, I wish there was more space in the seats. I'm not a big person, and felt very cramped. I know they are trying to maximize occupancy (read: profit), but it is extremely awkward balancing food trays and other stuff.
